Dates and Hours

February 20 to 22, 2026 (Friday to Sunday)

  • Friday, February 20 — Opening evening (parade at 7 PM, fireworks after the parade)
  • Saturday, February 21 — 10 AM to 5 PM (full day of activities)
  • Sunday, February 22 — 11 AM to 4 PM (closing day)

Access and Pricing

Official Keychain (all-access weekend pass)

  • Adult: $5.00 (access to all activities for the entire weekend)
  • Children 12 and under: FREE (accompanied by an adult)

Available at participating merchants (Coop IGA, all 3 locations). While supplies last.

Without Keychain (daily wristband)

  • Adult: $5.00 per day
  • Child: $3.00 per day

The $5 weekend pass price has remained the same since the very first edition. Purchasing the keychain helps ensure the continuity of the Magie des Neiges.

Keychain Benefits (beyond the festival)

  • Free public skating at the Complexe sportif Desjardins d’Amos (1 session, in March)
  • $1 discount at Cinéma Amos (during March, regular-priced movies only)
  • Free cross-country skiing offered by the Club de ski de fond d’Amos (Saturday)

Activity Locations

Main Site

  • Cathedral Park and surrounding streets: snow slides, inflatable structures, magical train, big tent
  • Rue Principale: Amos Toyota Park — 7 additional inflatable structures

Off-site

  • Dog sled rides: Calypso Soccer Field, Route 111 East
  • Snowmobile (Snowmobile B12): Shuttle from the Cathedral
  • Cross-country skiing: Camp Dudemaine (equipment rental available)
  • Street hockey tournament: 1st Street West between 1st Ave West and Ave de la Gare

Parade Route

Opening parade on Friday at 7 PM:

  1. Departure from the Place Centre-Ville parking lot
  2. Left on 1st Avenue heading west
  3. Right turn onto Boulevard Mercier
  4. 4th Avenue West heading to Principale North
  5. Left turn onto Principale
  6. Arrival in front of the Cégep

Fireworks

After the parade, visible from behind the Cégep or the Polyvalente.

Food Service

Food available under the big tent:

  • Pizza, hot dogs, beverages
  • Maple products on Sunday
  • Free soup by the Knights of Columbus on Sunday at noon

Note: No alcohol sales on site.
